Jane Buxton — Personal Assistant
Jane is a Personal Assistant at The Insurance Advice Company, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to help clients feel supported throughout their insurance journey.
She began her career in life insurance in 2008 and has since worked across a range of roles with some of New Zealand’s best-known insurance providers. With experience in administration, customer service and underwriting, as well as a background in retail, customer service and small business ownership, Jane has a well-rounded understanding of the insurance process from start to finish.
Working alongside our advisers, Jane helps clients navigate every stage of the process, from new applications and policy changes to accessing provider benefits and understanding underwriting requirements. Her friendly approach, attention to detail and industry knowledge help make insurance feel straightforward and well managed.
Outside of work, Jane is a dedicated carer for her octogenarian father. In her spare time, she enjoys playing squash and indulging her love of retro gaming.
